I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend. yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. He found us the lowest price on the model that we want, he was able to get us extra savings and was done and i was out of the store in 15 minutes. This is just the way I like to do business. This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Please commend your staff. Your employee trainer needs to take a job teaching all employees of all Canadian Tire store how to treat customers. The store owner is a fantastic example of someone who understands customer service at the highest level. Could not have been happier with his resolution to an issue with a purchase. Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.
