I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend. I just bought a pair of Keen winter boots from Wuerth’s Stratford. Absolutely 5⭐️ all the way! I went in last week to check out a pair of boots I had been eyeing and Julie helped me. I called today to see if they were still there, but they had been sold. No big deal because they got a pair in from one of the other locations...and called me a few hours later to tell me they had got them in! I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. Awesome customer service all the way!!

I needed ankle braces for volleyball. They had them in stock. They also had many other braces in stock. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I would highly recommend using Foot by Foot.

This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Please commend your staff. Your employee trainer needs to take a job teaching all employees of all Canadian Tire store how to treat customers. I went into this store yesterday, to get a bowl of water for my dog. They were more than happy to help out.
I know most places say, 'no bathrooms or only for customers'. I really appreciated them allowing me to get my dog some water.
The store was a lot bigger than it looked. I'll make the 45 minute drive, just to shop there.
