Absolutely trash don't get them to do your snow waste of money the people driving the plows don't know what there doing they don't even clean the whole drive and then most of the snow ends up on your walk way... Absolutely useless company

Never ever again. 2 decent snowfalls and stuck in driveway 2x not cleared in 24 hrs, poor job cleaning, only 1 meter of snow cleared at end of driveway…..isn’t this the main reason why we paid for snow removal is after the city passes

Avoid at all cost!!! They thrown all the snow directly on my house at 5:30AM! The whole family got woke up, the house was shaking and felt like an earthquake. The aluminium siding on my house have dents and is completely dirty. The operator violently knocked the neighbors garbage bin on their lawn, ripped apart their own sign and looked completely drunk. Called the company multiple times, they never answer. Left detailed message, they ignore me completely.

Never NEVER hire this company!!! Their service is terrible! After multiple calls they may not even show up. The 1st time: after 5 calls they finally appeared at midnight. Next time: 4 calls & we waited 'til 5pm; After a 9 a.m. emergency yesterday I called them with an SOS, but had to shovel the car out myself- twice; they didn't come 'til late afternoon. More snow this morning: I'm still waiting for clearing: it's now past 10 p.m.(& the staff are often rude & are liars.) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
