The friendly, helpful young man who sold me my Focus was also non-sexist in his approach. That's important. I'm a woman who's 67. I don't need someone talking down to me. The service team is also great. I love the comfortable furniture and the coffee and newspapers in the waiting room. We'll always do business here as long as we live in the area and as long as the cars are as good as they are now. We've been driving Focus cars since 2001. The latest is a 2014.
