This is the worst store, after taking my iPhone back 2 times on 3 weeks for sortwear problems they keep replacing it with refurbished phones that are broken and garbage. I have to drive from vernon 3 times...

Rick the manager is completely unprofessional

Rick the manager of the store is a complete joke and I am not sure how an Apple store can have someone like him in charge. I will never go to that store again. I tried to return a defective $20 item with a receipt and Rick told me that they did not sell the item and he called me liar and a fraudster. I am not happy at first being told they don't sell that item even though I have a receipt and second of all being called a fraudster and a liar. He was very confrontational and completely unprofessional. I highly recommend you to shop at the competition because there is five other stores in the area that sell the same Apple products.
