    Quick and Courteous

    Walking into SureCopy I was greeted with smiles by the employees.I was helped within just a few moments,and every thing I asked for was completed up to my expectations. I have had friends use this stroe as well to make flyers and posters for up and coming events and everything I have seen has always been eye catching. I recomend SureCopy (and thank them) for their wonderful work.

    Slow and Incomplete

    I received website design deliverables from this company. This included 3 images, a header, a sidebar, and a footer. Considering what was paid for, I am extremely disappointed companies can keep getting away with performing such incomplete jobs. A "website design" from any other firm I've ever ordered from includes dynamic elements (since pages are built dynamically and there are not any fixed pages that all look the same). It was typical graphic designer fashion, provide the bare minimum, take forever to provide it, and groan at any changes needed. Nor did they provide an overall idea of the design, just 3 images; so colors, fonts, font sizes and dynamic elements will still need to be determined. I highly recommend staying away from this "design" firm.
