The best vet I have ever had . Dr Melissa is kind caring and you can see that she loves her job. Her care us too notch and her years of experience make her such a good Dr. The staff are awesome and super knowledgeable and polite. The best part of all Is they all put up with my dog Qbert hahahaha

have been taking my dogs to Westwood Heights for 10+ years. Dr. Melissa is caring, patient and takes her time during our appointments. I always feel like she is listening and discusses findings, recommendations and potential outcomes fully and honestly. The staff is also wonderful! They are friendly, organized and responsive. I greatly appreciate all the amazing care they have provided to us and highly recommend them!

WARNING! I don’t know how this place is still in business. My experience was absolutely awful. I brought my puppy in for a referral to a specialist paid $100 for it and they never fulfilled it. I waited 1 month as the lump on my puppies neck grew! And when I called to follow up they told me they would not be fulfilling the referral and they charged me without refund! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HEART TO LET MY PUPPY SUFFER LIKE THIS. I am shocked and disgusted at this treatment. WORST PLACE. BE WARNED!
