I agree with other customers on the service and parts, I was there yesterday to pick up parts Carb kit he said to bring the carb to match he got me a kit from the back ask him again all the gasket are there to rebuild and install the carb on the machine that it appeared some gasket are missing he said everything is there got home and clean and replace gasket and yup missing gaskets not able to re installed called him up and very unprofessional individual not able to help.
Make sure people that your repairs are on your receipt with a written guarantee written on it also.He had my riding lawnmower for over 2 months and still did not fix it but I had paid the $247.00 bill for the repair and am still awaiting a call from him to honor his work guarantee.
We brought our lawn mower in again this year. We gave them a second chance and wouldnt go back again! They dont call with an estimate so you have to pay or leave the machine and they make money on it by selling it. They are very rude to interact with a. I wanted to know what was normal for service. If we knew it was going to cost us $230 we wouldnt have fixed it. I called and tried to talk but they are very rude and in the end he hung up on me! NEVER GO TO BJS FIX IT!!
I WENT TO PICK UP THE PARTS and I tried to talk to him to confirm the size, and explain my situation, he just walk away, they took my money and offered no services at all, when he came back and I tried to talk to him, HE WALKED UP TO THE FRONT, AND HE WAS SMOKING A CIGARETTE IN THE STORE FRONT, AND SAID WHY WOULD I HELP I GOT 50 UNITS IN THE BACK I CAN WORK ON, and of course tried to blame me. so I see it as he lied , and then took my money, and tried to blame me, NO HELP, NO SERVICE #bjworst
