I had called another plumbing service about replacing my leaking 5 year old hot water tank. waited at home for day and half and made repeated calls about when they would be coming. just got the run around that the tech would be calling back and never did and no time window. 1PM the next day i had waited long enough. canceled and called Bridgeman.. received help immediately and they were there within an hour and completed the job in hour and half. Great job, service and customer experience.

I have had repeated problems requiring augering, and Blane was happy to have frank and honest conversations about it. He gave me a price and stuck to it.
