Outstanding service and warranty! Just previous to end of warranty, my frame malfunctioned. The Courtenay store staff rose above and beyond and supplied a brand new frame and lenses at no cost! We have been dealing with Vogue for upwards of 15 years and will continue to support their business! Blair and Gail are always helpful and excel in service!

Dr. Jassal and Brianne have been caring and compassionate with my dry eyes. Informative, attentive, professional are just a few words i can describe with my experience at this office. I didn’t buy glasses at the optical centre at Superstore yet the person at the counter was kind enough to tighten up a screw that was loose on my frame and even tightened up the arms. My glasses are just like new. I will go back there to buy my next pair. AMO
