I am a 67 year old female that has a huge fear of anything dental.
I had a appointment for a cleaning etc yesterday, the first one in 15 years .
I can not stress enough how great the Hygienist was, she was so gentle, understanding,and kind, she even had a warm throw to cover me up with to make me more at ease. A huge THANK YOU to Erin ( the hygienist ) and to the girl at reception for making my visit as stress free as possible.If you are a dental coward like myself this is the place to go.

Care Dental Hygiene. Without question the single greatest dental experience I have ever had. My recent visit for a teeth cleaning was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, further putting me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t a ton of papers to fill out, just one wet erase form that they wipe clean after they scan into each client’s chart.

Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!
