Tyler came to my home to assess a problem with the water and pump system on a Maytag fridge. He was very professional and assessed it to be a faulty water filter that was purchased form Mr Appliance. There was no service charge for his visit as a result. He replaced the water filter and delivered to my home the same day. Excellent service.

Excellent service from the time I called, I went in they had exactly what I was looking for they delivered the washer and dryer promptly and the delivery guys were great they hooked up the set and went through everything and explained all the options on the washer. Great delivery Cody and William. Definitely will be back when I need another appliance

Ordered bedroom furniture & mattresses for myself & my son. Had to wait a bit longer to receive our orders but delay was due to Covid not Leon’s. The delivery went smoothly & the drivers were courteous. Lorinda was very helpful as our salesperson. Overall a very good experience.

Upon entering you are greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. Like all public places your temperature is taken and you are asked to sanitize your hands. This is the norm these days. I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. They came out and serviced our old refrigerator a few weeks ago and solved the problem immediately. Unfortunately, another problem loosely tied to the same issue arose within a couple of weeks and they came out, took care of it, made modifications to try to prevent it from happening again, cleaned up afterwards, recommended new fridges in case this one goes soon (it's 17 years old) and waived the fee because their work is warranted (even though it app

Was having a major problem with a brand new GE Cafe Double Oven range that was still under warranty from the manufacturer. Before HC Appliances came out I had two other companies and 4 other technicians attempt repairs. Once HC Appliances become involved they took the initiative to liaise with GE and were instrumental in obtaining the go ahead to have my range replaced. Without them I would still be trying to get GE to return my calls. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
