the staff are very nice & tania allen who works there is the best! she is sympathetic, helpful, accommodating and calming! the vets are younger, but seem to know their medical stuff, i seem to always get answers and treatments required. it is close to our house, convenient location and parking and i am always given appts when needed. I recommened highly!

The only negative I have is the four day week the practice is open. Unfortunately, I have to consider switching to a vet who is open six days a week as it is difficult for me to take my pet to Nanaimo in case of emergency.

We would like to thank all the staff at the Coastal City Animal Hospital for all their care for Mia today during her surgery. A "special shout out" to Annie for showing much care and compassion to Mia as well as to the both of us. She answered all our questions patiently and gave us lots of reassurance during a very stressful day! She definitely gave a 5-star experience at the clinic!
