The first time we went there it was great. However, today there was something VERY wrong w/ the customer service & professionalism. First off, the groomer asked roughly when or appointment was; then she demanded (and this is exactly how she spoke, she has blue/green hair), "Give me the cat case." at least 3 times - no hello, no politeness, right off the bat, attitude.
