I recently had the extreme displeasure/made the monumental mistake of choosing to have my cat groomed at Pet Valu's Fitch Street location in Welland. Not only had my appointment been cancelled without my knowledge, upon arrival the groomer in question was incredibly rude, hostile, and impatient; excellent! Our policy is to inform customers of appointment changes and according to our records this was done, and we understand that your cat was still groomed as per your original appointment. Upon receiving your complaint on another review site, it was investigated and we now consider the matter closed.
