Needed a battery for fob In and out of their shop in 5 minutes…..yes 5 minutes!

have just visited the store regarding my cars remote starter. Store manager and staff was amazing, kind and very friendly. I will definitely recommend my friends and others to visit derand motorsports to experience their amazing professionalism. Store staff is very kind, honest and professional. 0 starts for this company! Stay away from this company. They broke my truck while having it there for a stereo install and I had to pay for parts and labour, I should’ve called the police on them. Read reviews before dealing with them.

I would suggest avoiding buying an E-Bike here like the plague. I personally purchased an Emmo Urban bike that never worked a single day. After two battery changes and sent a lead acid battery for the third, I sent a registered letter requesting a refund. Derand Motorsports ripped me off for 2,000$. If you shop here use a credit card so you can dispute the charges.
