East Side Mario's

Last night my daughter and I were going to Rama to watch Dancing with The Stars..we thought we'd stop in Orillia for dinner, unfortunately we picked your restaurant. It was so cold we ate with our coats done up and shivered...the table beside us got up and left after complaining g how cold it was...then you put another family with two kids there...they were also shivering ! I know it was -28 With the wind shield last night but have the common decency to turn up the heat so people can enjoy .

Literally just got here and already unimpressed. The women greeting people at the door was grouchy and had 0 customer service skills. The experience can only go up from here...

Don't eat here

Meals were poor and did not come close to the menu. Pizza sat on the counter for 22 minutes and was then served as fresh. Order took almost half an hour and was served cold. All meals came at different times so my party of 5 did not eat at the same time. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

My chicken was full of blood the waitress kindly got me a other order which also was full of blood, never ate the dinner, and i was charged full price for the dinner, was not at all happy, very dissapointed in the food service.

The food is great and the atmosphere is cheerful,upbeat and friendly. The staff are young,fun and eager to please.We have never left dissappointed or hungry.
