This place is amazing! The waitresses/waiters are awesome, polite and accomodating. The food was fantastic, and at a reasonable price. Definatly an A+ restaurant!

You really need to re-train some of your staff. My waitress Mel was not what I call professional. I don't want jokes and comments just a smile and my food. Love the renos. Looks great!

The garlic bread that came out seemed as though it was sitting there for 15mins b4 it actually got to us, not to mention the service was nothing to brag about. It took forever to get a drink on the table, and they were never refilled.

This was my second time going to McGinnis...

This was my second time going to McGinnis Landing, the first being for dinner. I must say that both times have been a great experience. The food is very tasty (I was especially surprised with breakfast, as I was not even aware this restaurant had a breakfast menu). In case you are wondering, I had the eggs benedict. My sister's boyfriend ordered the All-Canadian breakfast (eggs any style) but wanted a side of french toast (which was only under the kid's menu ie. for those under 10). The waitress was more than accomodating and did not make a fuss about his order. The portions are also quite large and the prices very decent. Both times, the waiters and waitresses have been very friendly and polite, greeting you with a smile. The atmosphere is also fantastic with comfortable booths (there is also a bar you can sit at). There is a fireplace in the middle of the restaurant that makes it cozy. And finally, the restaurant is very clean. The lunch and dinner menus give a lot to choose from. The breakfast menu is kind of limited but as I said before, I did not even realize this restaurant served breakfast. Nevertheless, the menu does include favourites like any style egg with the works, eggs benedict, french toast and others (but no pancakes). I'll definitely visit this restaurant again, and hopefully the next experience will be as good as before!
