We had an absolutely horrible time. Our personal server was absolutely fabulous (sara) but we had to wait over an hour for a table (despite having a reservation) and were greeted by an extremely rude hostess who seemed more interested in carrying on a private conversation with her co-workers than actually doing her job. The restaurant was freezing and while the weather outside was alos cold I would have liked to dine without having to wear my winter coat. Now to the actual dining experience, being a person with several allergies I was prudent about informing the hostess (when calling to make the reservation) that our table would require special attention with food preparation. After waiting 45mins for our entrees to arrive all seemed well, despite the fact that it was 9pm and we arrived at 7pm. Shortly after my first few bites I came to the realization that I was having an allergic reaction and, after informing the management, promptly gathered our things and requested that we be able to leave. Now the real clencher! WE WERE NOT CREDITED A THING! I had to shell out over $100 for a meal that neither my husband and I ate! Ridiculous! Obviously the management needs to be replaced, I would not have expected a full credit but half-off would have been nice! For heaven's sake, what a horrible place. I will never ever return and will request that my friend's do the same. Ignorant staff (aside from our server) with not appreciation for customer service or care.
