My son sucked up ...
My son sucked up a paper towel with our central vac and it got stuck somewhere in the hose or walls. I called Van Connection and the service rep walked me through a procedure on the phone. It fixed the problem and the vac was back working within 5 minutes. Thank you for great customer service.

Thank you for your review. At the Vac Connection we're always happy to assist our clients with possible problems they may experience with their vacuums. We will always try to save the customer money for simple things we can assist with over the phone. In this case we were able to assist the customer in clearing out the clog they experienced.
