Excellent work. effective communication, highest standards in work and reasonable pricing

Unacceptable, poor quality work. Very disappointing experience. I had a sofa and two chairs that are family antiques reupholstered, and there are numerous issues with the final products. Staples are clearly visible, material not cut correctly near wood trim, wood arm trims no longer match, insufficient stuffing support in sofa (sags noticeably). Owner Paul agreed the work was not completed to a professional standard, but offered no recourse. This experience is a very expensive regret.

Excellent Craftmanship!

I had Heritage come to our house and evaluate an older sofa that has been in our family for a long time to determine if it was worthy of restoration. They were prompt to reply. Their evaluation was in depth and informative. I learned a great deal about the furniture and the process used to restore. My wife and I selected our fabric directly from them and agreed to the price. The job took a few weeks to be completed. When the sofa was delivered to our house it was stunning.
