    I've been a patie...

    I've been a patient at Prairie Medical for years and have seen Dr. Young and Dr. Saran - both are great and I've been very pleased. There have been some recent reception staff changes and I've found the new staff to be very pleasant and helpful.

    Terrible Clinic Counter Staff!!!

    The staff responsible for direct contact either by phone or in person are typically extremely rude and have no empathy with the patients who frequent this clinic. For myself, whenever I need to call for any reason other than an appointment, they are always unhelpful and it seems in order to accomplish anything you have to make an appointment with your Dr. or see one of the others on staff for even the simplest of requests. If I did not truly like my physician I would be gone in a heartbeat.

    The Drs. R poor i...

    The Drs. R poor if anything, and the staff is incompetent, they told me that they miss filed my referral appointment, that I almost missed, after waiting 6 mths for, my wife is on disability assistance, and needed a letter filled out and sent in, they didn't receive the letter, we tried contacting them 3 times they said they would send it and didn't , since then she has been cut off of her medical assistance that she had since she was 16, for a brain Tumor when I tried to ask why this was happening, I was insulted by the lady in charge, told that if I didn't like it there, to go somewhere else, then when I tried to explain my self she call me a lyer, and told me she was going to hang up on me, she wouldn't let me talk and when I did she interrupted me, constantly not listening to what I had to say, I will b going somewhere else from now on, I don't understand why people can be in the business of helping people, and be so incompetent, and so rude!

    Staff and Lab Techs are TERRIBLE...

    The staff here are totally uninterested in being at all in any way nice or kind to the patients. Never a smile, or any courtesy to a patient. On top of that, the Lab Tech's badly hurt my arm taking a simple blood test. The lab ladies were eating sandwiches at 9:00 AM when I came in, and were chit-chatting so much that the lady taking my blood bumped my needle and injured my arm muscle. I had a big lump on my arm and could not straighten my arm for a week. My bicep muscle was swollen and very sore. These people NEED training. The sign on the door said, "Unicity Labs." Beyond terrible staff.

    Great doctors HORRIBLE STAFF!

    The doctors at this clinic are great minus Dr.kerns she is so rude and be-littling. The other doctors are great but the staff are so rude abbrasisive and unprofessional.
