Overpriced and the salon was FREEZING,3-4 hour wait with an appointment is there policy,very rude owner and terrible service.My puppy is a yorkie,so I went for a clippered body and trim for her face and they ended up buzzing everything.They are not familiar or experienced with cutting styles to suit the breed.When i was unhappy, the owner took zero responsibility as she was the one who cut her hair and felt I was attacking her work..was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. Best place for grooming in Victoria! They do am awesome job with my standard poodle everytime and don't cut any corners: pluck the ears, shave in between paw pads,... Gazou always gets out of there glowing, with a nice fresh smell and a little bow on his collar. And to add to that: they are one of the cheapest place in the neighbourhood and they can accomodate booking within a few days. Highly recommanded!
