Working out has been an on and off journey for me, but ILKB has really encouraged me to push myself to my best and beyond to crush it during my workouts and persevere. Happy sweat!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A YEARLY CONTRACT if there is any possibility of life/financial changes. Workouts are great, but they pressure you into immediately signing up for a STRICT 1-year contract, no empathy. I'm going back to school and can no longer afford $40/week for exercise, they refused to cancel my membership until I move away to school and have a rental agreement to show (school confirmation wasn't enough), this will take some time and I'll have to keep paying them in the meantime.

Great workout! I seen amazing results! Trainers are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend it!

ILKB Vancouver!! It's Intense, motivating, fun and you exercise at the same time. Coaches are amazing, they guide you all the way, making sure you’re doing it right and step it up once you get it.

ILK Vancouver is very supportive and has a great community feel. They help keep me focused and on track towards my fitness goals. I love working out here!
