Today we had our beloved Jessie cross the rainbow bridge The kindness and compassion during this difficult times was so helpful. We thank you so much for helping our sweet Jessie ?
It's always scary when your pet has to have surgery. The drs and staff at CRVH were wonderful, caring and accommodating, when my senior dog required a surgical procedure. They were particularly good with follow up, post surgery especially for us living 2.5 hours away. They were always available by email or phone to answer questions and quick to respond to questions and concerns.
I have always had a multi-cat household and have lived in both urban and rural areas. This has afforded me a cross section of veterinary clinic experiences. Some were better than others. I can honestly say that the vets whom I have encountered at C.R. Veterinary Hospital have been gentle, polite, diligent and caring. Their front end staff and their vet assistants are awesome and helpful.
This winter, our 18 year old cat suddenly became ill and stopped eating. The vet ran the usual gamut of tests and called me with results. He was honest and said it could go either way, since her age was against her. No pressure to do heroics. The decision was ours. We opted for the treatment program, even though the timing was awful for us financially. Fortunately, it worked. Our cat is with us today because of the good care she got. We justified the expense by reminding ourselves that you get what you pay for. If you want current technology and a clinic which believes in due diligence, this is a good place to go.
