After searching online for a highly rated plumber, I contacted Richfield to get a quote to replace our cast iron stack which was cracked and leaking. Of the 3 companies I contacted, they were the only one to respond, and very quickly. They answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. They came first thing in the morning to ensure the workwas done prior to our children's nap time and completed it efficiently. The place was left clean and we are happy with the workmanship and service.

The day before leaving for vacation I discovered water dripping from my heat exchanger unit which made a nice mess in my laundry room. I made arrangements with my condo HVAC contractor prior to leaving for repairs. Upon my return, nothing was done and calls were not returned. A fellow condo owner recommended Richfield. They were easy to talk to, came the same day to assess the situation and got things started.

Richfield technician was very professional, courteous and performed all required repairs quickly and efficiently to our entire satisfaction. The rates for the repairs were reasonable and very competitive. Richfield service was excellent and we have no hesitation to recommend their services to our friends.

The service well met our expectations. During Sept we had Brian disconnect plumbing and sinks for a new counter renovation. Two days later Jeff did the reconnection of our new taps and sinks and shut off valves. Richfield accommodated us with several unexpected date changes to support our project. Both Brian and Jeff were caring, professional and knowledgeable, working to meet our needs. We will use for future plumbing and heating needs.
