Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

Kal is extremely knowledgeable and friendly..I’ve just recently began using his pharmacy after years with a grocery store pharmacy. I really appreciate the prompt, professional and personal service. He called me by name on my second visit to his store! I highly recommend Kal and his pharmacy if you’re not content with your current retail pharmacy.

This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.
