So I've bought like 5 bikes from Apex and Dave Hari in particular. Always treated well and never passed along. Good service on the other end as well for all needs. I've had several parts added to the bikes and the staff on that end are awesome as well even though there are some questionable hockey fans (bruins really??? Go wings) I'll keep going here for all my needs and wants plus their merch is great as well. Kid friendly as well as pet friendly. You can't go wrong in that environment.

Great group of folks always willing to help make your experience over the top ! I bought a new to me 2020 Indian Challenger Limited from a used dealer in the GTA. Very low miles and super clean. On the ride home the bike went into limp mode and the dash lit up with many issues. It just so happened this took place at the exit off the 401 for Apex Cycle. A call to Kevin on the service team, on a Thursday before a long weekend no doubt, assured me he’d have a look but no promises. I managed to limp the bike over to their shop for further inspection. After a lengthy diagnosis they determined there were several dozen errors codes and multiple recalls that should have been addressed before the bike was sold. However, Kevin and his team at Apex Cycle did not leave me hanging. They addressed all the issues right then and there. Had me in and out in a couple of hours and I was back a week later to complete the last recall once the parts arrived. Their service was above and beyond what I could have asked for considering I had never seen them before. Now, I’m a customer for life. Thank you Kevin and the many talented technicians and staff at Apex Cycle for looking after me and my new Challenger.

What an amazing group. I had experienced an incident that damaged my motorcycle and JJ went beyond his typical job duties to provide solutions. This review is long overdue, but I have been a customer of Apex Cycle from the beginning on Northfield Drive in Waterloo. I've purchased several machines, parts and accessories, and used their service department on multiple occasions. Their current store is a beautiful facility with lots of options for all, but the people to me are what really make the difference. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I purchased a 2023 Indian Challenger Dark Horse. Peter Was very informative and helped me throughout my decision making process. Isaac in the credit department made the financing process simple and straightforward. I Would highly recommend this dealership for all your power sports needs. I just wanted to share my purchase and finance rewiew so you know what to expect. Both my sales person David Harri and the Finance Manager Issac went above and beyond to give me a great deal so much so that David gave me a better deal than I ASKED FOR yes you read that right. I did all my research on what I wanted and David took over from there. I called on a 2022 Indian scout and he got me a 2023 ABS model for less thats right LESS. I don't know a thing when it comes to modifications but I had been told I should swap the exhaust for something louder for safety reasons (OK I like a louder sound too) I did not know that when you swap the exhaust you should also upgrade your intake and re program the bike. David did not let me screw up he advised me and the results were awsome. Issac I have to say was outstanding apparantly I had credit issues I was not aware of and rather than just hit me with a very high rate Issac went to bat for me with his lenders and secured a very favorable rate for me, If you are looking for makes they carry I highly suggest you go see these guys before making a mistake. I have a lot of experiance in this area I am in the auto sales field so I know when I am getting treated well and this is the type of service you deserve. I didn't even buy a bike here - I don't have a motorcycle license yet. I only went to ask some questions about what sort of bike to start on, being a complete beginner to motorcycling. And I was absolutely amazed at the service and friendliness of David. He patiently listened to my needs and wants and then showed me a bunch of bikes, walked me through an honest list of pros and cons of all of them and even let me swing a leg around a bunch of them to understand the real world "feel" of the bikes outside of the spec sheets. David even took the time to point out a bunch of other things to consider outside of the bike itself - things like gear (how a good set of riding boots can help me to flat-foot some bikes I could almost flat-foot), insurance (which he told me to shop around for first as that might swing my decision in favor of one bike over another) and power of the bikes (he mentioned how I should stick to that sweet spot in power that won't get me bored but also won't get me or my wallet hurt). Suffice to say, once I get my license, I will definitely be coming back.
