Did a better job with my portable. Tried to talk with them, they only had excuses. Call someone else!

Great work

Cleaned my couches and carpet for great price, very professional, very friendly, absolutely no complaints, they were great and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good cleaning company and very knowledgable as well, it's always nice when someone takes the time to explain things and doesn't rush to get job done, but takes the time to do it right and I've definitely learned how to care for my couches going forward!!! 5 stars for me being satisfied with their services!!!!

I do all the Jobs for Refresh since the day we have been open and I have never heard of this if we do Upholstery in a home on hard surface flooring we lay down drop clothes to protect the floor but at the same time the cleaning agents we use are not at all harm full to hard surface flooring Bio-Degradable. There must have been something wrong prior sorry to hear that you had a problem with your flooring but I am sure it was not our company.

Ruined Hardwood Floor

Refresh did a great job cleaning my couch but their equipment left a white stain on my hardwood floor. To make matters worse they couldn't even be bothered to return my phone call when I wanted to speak to them about this matter.
