PFK

The $10 half n half bucket is now $12 - but when we got home they were HALF full! The chicken tenders not crispy/the fries all little pieces. Worst thing: watered down gravy! Totally ruined our KFC experience. We’ll NEVER return to this location.

The worst KFC ever. I picked up a barrel and when I got home I discovered they were inedible - dry and they did not even smell like KFC. When I was at the store, a guy was loading already cooked pieces from a barrel to the rack. Who knows how old they were. Maybe they were leftover from the lunch or perhaps from yesterday? I have never had KFC or any other fried chicken of such poor condition. Shame on you.

Horrible. Order cane missing half my chicken. The extra crispy was mushy. Bread was cold and all squished together . Sauce was extra liquid. Called customer service and was transferred 3 times to be told they left a « message » at the restaurant to tell them to call me back to get my chicken ... which never happened. First time and last time and it’s sad they just re-opened .
