My tub is 20 years old; the finish has worn off, it looks dirty and is hard to clean. I sent pics & full description; was quoted $400. He postponed on the morning booked; he had to get his car fixed before his vacation. I was understanding and re-booked. Eugene (no last name, no business card) complained about a number of things and manipulated me into accepting him only cleaning my tub & tiles, saying reglazing wasnt necessary. I most certainly is but Ive lost my $400.
