I’ve called at times and can’t seem to get threw too dispatch…call 7 times and can’t seem to get threw. I think Courtney, and comox need a separate dispatch from parksville. They seem maybe overwhelmed with calls…

So helpful and kind. Right on time and a nice, safe ride.

Driver never showed up for a ride booked days ahead for 4 a.m Boxing Day 2019. Very unreliable company - cannot recommend this company.

We have been treated poorly by one certain dispatch because of one miscommunication.....taxi drivers have since taken the longest ways, one going to a dead end and still charged us full price, once I waited over 20 minutes downtown and the cab didnt show up even after a cashier called them twice....this morning my spouse called for a cab for 720, 722 he called back and dispatch said the cab left because she apparently knocked at the door , theres a door bell.now he may be fired for being late.

Quick 'n' easy on the phone, they showed up and the cabby had some good jokes. Good service with respect a smile.
