Disgusting. Filthly dirty full of hair in the sink, the toilet had poop smears still in the bowl, the bed was wrinkled & sheets had stains & the sofa was disgusting with stain smears & spill marks all over it was so so gross, I got itchy just looking. It wasn't even the room we booked, we booked a Queen with a river view & it was a ground level facing a bush with twin beds. The staff was rude they told us too bad they didn't have the room available they didn't care. Horrible management, staff d
