He upgraded my computer and now it’s running smoothly. I feel engaged in the decisions making process, and have a clear understanding to what he was doing. Returned my computer in a timely manner.

Very professional and knowledgeable service. This will be the 3rd time over the years Vince has fixed problems in my computer, updated my computer, cleaned it up, added a printer for me remotely. Fees are fair, and repair is always done quickly. He offers sound advice and options. Very happy with the work he does. Highly recommend this company.

Our computer was really slow. Vince updated it and is very helpful as we are not very computer literate.

Approx 2 months ago, I contacted Vince about getting my older model laptop (used for my small business) serviced; in that it was continuously and randomly restarting on it's own. He was able to schedule and fit in my repairs that same evening. Within 24 hrs, he had my old laptop back up and running with the issues resolved and with a fee that was lower then what the "geek" squad at an electronics store would have charged. I so appreciated his time/effort and ability to fix my laptop!
