H&R Block During Tax Season - Westgrove Shopping Centre

Going back to Bonnie Doon to wonderful lady called Shirley.This office is closed to my home but never again never. WORST experience for us.Card with cash back dont work customer support is heavy accent can't understand them.Repest repeat!!! Issue is no money on card it doesn't work register it failed nothing is good.Very upset it's Christmas time

I had an appointment with a different HR block ,but missed my stop and decided to go to the HR block on 14826 stony plain. I walked in and none of the Customer service acknowledged me. I stood in front of the 4 ladies (2 at one station)all looking at the computer ,they said nothing to me. I said Hello, one looked at me and I asked if they have walk ins. she said il be with you in 2 minutes.this got me feeling so uncomfortable that I left and went back to the one at 124 street.
