Great store! We got our pet beta fish from there and all accessories. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially Tony! Their advice on how to care for our fish has helped us keep our dear pet healthy and vigorous. The store is also a lot of fun to visit. It’s like going to an aquarium. Thanks so much for everything. This is a wonderful place for you and your dog. Tonka is the second dog we've taken there. Like Daisy, his predecessor, he comes back looking and feeling great, and we have a chance to find some excellent, healthy food while he's being pampered - not only for Tonka, the dog, but for the feline friends he's left at home. The people at Planet Dog are very friendly and have great skill and experience dealing with dogs, other pets, and their owners.

Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there.

My dog stays here four to five days a week and the prices are right, but the staff is what makes it. fetch provides good advice on what I should be feeding my dog, professional grooming for members and my dogs favourite, romps out at the property!! He always comes home happy and tired. I would highly recommend this mom and pop shop for anyone in the area looking for food, toys, treats and daycare services. Thank you Nadia for the great service and the laughs.
