Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger.
