I recently was in an accident, and to say That the staff went above and beyond to look after me from going to the collision centre, having the car towed safely, and then doing a fantastic repair job is an understatement. Their excellent work on the car goes without saying; the repair is perfect .
I would definitely recommend this body shop to who ever is looking for great customer service and a job well done. Staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end. THANK YOU !!

my situation: needed to get the trailer hitch on my GMC 2500 HD moved off the spare tire. Lady hit me from behind drilling the bumper and the hitch into the rear tire, so it would not be able to come down in case we needed the spare, on our trip back to Calgary. I used thus service for a very tricky car removal from the second level of an underground parking lot at a condo in Richmond Hill. From the beginning Dave was courteous and respectful, he listed and understood what the situation was and explained a variety of scenarios that might happen. We set up a time to do the removal and his drivers were there when promised and ready to work. Peter and Bing used there years of combined experience to get the job completed is a safe efficient manner.

I've never had to order a tow truck before and I've always heard stories about them trying to scam you. Luckily, Sheikh was pleasant to deal with and gave me a quote on my tow and followed through with it. He towed my car from downtown to Scarborough for a reasonable price. He was careful hooking up the car and taking it down and you can tell he is very experienced in his work. He was nice enough to give me a ride back home. Highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest tow truck driver!
