Dr. Kwong was patient and allowed me the time to lure my puppy into positions for examination. I didn’t feel rushed by her and she explained treatment options in a way that I understood. I also didn’t feel financial pressure regarding treatment for my dog. This is especially important in my situation because my dogs medical issues are looking to be chronic, therefor expensive.

I'm so glad for this group of people who really care. They were there for us in a time of need when it was time to say goodbye to my beautiful boy. It was all done with extreme professionalism and caring that I felt at ease with my decision.
