Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with. Lire plus

I was having problems with my central vac system because there was no suction. When they came out to fix my problem, they had it fixed very quickly and even offered some suggestions from preventing the loss of suction from happening again. Do not and I mean DO NOT go to the big box stores for your vacuum. You will pay far far less at this awesome local store plus, you may choose from new or refurbed; I went new with the great price. Super friendly and helpful with what you need and are looking for. So happy with these people, can't say enough. They also service your machine and are honest, reliable and reasonable. If it's not worth fixing they will tell you; not rip you off. Support local, especially when they so deserve it. Lire plus
