Edgar Simmons Heating has serviced my furnace annually for 10 years. The service techs who have worked in my home are courteous and knowledgeable and I ve enjoyed my interactions with them. Recently I updated my furnace and air conditioner and Harvey worked through the options with me to choose the right units that met my needs and expectations, rather than overpaying for an overpowered unit that my home didnt require. We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!

I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. I used their repair service for my a/c. I was able to book it quickly, got a clear straight forward price on the phone and the technician was experienced, knowledgeable and polite.
He followed up with the work, finding and supplying the part that our a/c needed the same day and finished the work the same day.
I had to call another company couple of years ago fir our furnace repair and I had a very difficult time with them because finding someone on the phone and talking to them was difficult
