    Customer service is 100% ! Everything I need, they have it! If they dont they do their best to get it!! I dont shop anywhere else.

    This is the best pet store

    Pet central is an awesome place to go for any needs your pets may have. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and polite, they try to help people how ever they can. When asked about items that were not in the store the staff assured me that anything I wanted could be ordered in if their supplier had it. They took my number, called me when they located the item I was looking for and then ordered it for me, my item should be here soon I was very impressed with the service I received.

    Went to purchase a fish and supplies. Was being served when the salesperson left us and served another person leaving us to wait for about 15 minutes. Never did explain why she had to leave us to help someone else.
