Fandango Lighthouse

Purchased two lights and a fan switch - we live 2.5 hours from Saskatoon and had no idea there was only a 7-day return policy! Electrician went to install first light and it was broken! Did not even open second box - returned lights to find out they would only give an in-store credit! Ended up running 1 hour to get lights for electrician to replace broken lights. Stuck with table to offset the $193.00- what a waste of time and money. Rural residents or time sensitive project? AVOID Fandango.

I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely and disrespectly by store employees in my life. I'm still in shock over it. When I tried to return a faulty lamp today, I was accused of "breaking" the lamp, and was asked in a condescending way "what do you expect us to do, when you return a broken lamp"? The lamp was faulty in more ways than one, including overheating, and turning off. I was so upset and angry, I walked out of the store. I will never return, and recommend others do the same.
