Horizon manages our condos. We just had our fireplaces decommissioned. They have been outdated and unsafe for the last 18+ years. They put 179 households in danger with their gross incompetence They should be held responsible for this action. Stay clear of anyplace that Horizon manages, they just don't care. Pretty sad when a company is so dysfunction it has to get friends to do reviews to boost their rating.

Horizon Management is the absolute worst. Horrendous service. They ignore calls, inquiries, and requests from both residents and the board. The lack of accountability and quality is pathetic and shameful. I would give them less than zero stars if I could, just for the fact that were paying them for this laughable excuse of management. Avoid this loathsome and sickening excuse of a property management company at all costs. Literally anyone is better, because you absolutely cannot do any worse.

Avoid this company! They will try to win over your business with low property management fees, but any savings will be more than offset by the overpriced contracts they get you into and the headaches they cause with their lack of communication and poor advice.

They won’t let me in my building to collect my stuff and blame it on the fire department saying they told people they can’t enter, I’ve contacted the fire department and they said it was false but have posted false pictures saying the fire department said so. I’m trying to move out and they won’t let me in my suite but have other people in the building working, so if it’s that unsafe why are others in there? They called the cops on me to remove me
