Joe The Appliance Guy

Contacted Joe on Friday, he recommended a different fridge repair person as he is currently not taking calls for an unknown reason. The repair man recommended, had me wait 4 days prior to booking a service date, then canceled 2 hours prior to the service time. Upon informing Joe of this he could not provide an additional repair man to do the job. I do not recommend using Joe or anyone he recommends!!!

I have used Joe for a couple of years now. He is very responsive and reliable. I highly recommend him!

Joe had helped us repair an appliance last year, so when our washing machine stopped working mid-cycle today (drained, but then froze at the rinse/spin cycle) we called him and he came within a few hours! He had a preliminary diagnosis of our problem just from our description over the phone, and therefore came with parts in hand. He opened up our machine and confirmed that he was right about our issue, and started working right away. He was done in 30min, it must have been a world record!
