Excellent vet, wonderful techs and admin staff. We have had a couple of occasions where our dogs have needed to be seen promptly and Dr. Shaw is so accommodating. Grateful to have them in the Sault.

Simply the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a veterinarian. This clinic makes promises with no intention of keeping them. Not only did they repeatedly tell my family we would receive results by a certain date only to keep us waiting, they also failed to respond to multiple phone calls and emails to renew our dog's prescriptions for pain medication, allowing him to suffer as he died of cancer.

They are very caring people and are willing to work with people on limited income to ensure that their pets get the treatment that is needed. They are now my one and only vet.

They have been awesome. We have two puppies and we got the puppy package for both. We have finished all vaccines, just waiting till after their first heat cycle to get them fixed. Very professional and very kind, couldn't be happier.

Long story short. Offered puppy package then they cancel and tell me I need to pay the rest of amount owing. Now I need to get my female fixed, I go in early to pay and they tell me no just in case she has gone into heat. I tell them I know she hasn't and still I'm told to wait. To some ppl this may not be a big deal but I felt as though they were just trying to get more out of me. To anyone else involved with these ppl be careful.

Service was fast, professional and caring. Jack had his injuries fixed up and came home with everything he needed for recuperation. The doctor called to check on him the next day. We would recommend the services to anyone, and we will go back
