Trimmed hedges but caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my synthetic putting green with their hot equipment. Burned a hole in the green and refused to apologize or offer compensation when informed.

i had a very large tree to be pruned and another large one to be cut down. Rob provided a fair quote, did all the legwork with hydro (limbs were dangerously close to wires). Job was perfect - on time and a text when everything was done.

Great service! They gave us a heads up as to when they were coming. The guys were professional and courteous. The price was fair. They cleaned up after. They provided proof of insurance. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company! As a side note...we needed two birch logs to support a garden table and it completely slipped our minds, it was a busy day. Rob found us a couple after the fact! Thank you!!

Did not remove all the limbs as quoted. During the pruning I mentioned that 2 more limbs were quoted in the price. They said they couldn't do it because they were past their time quota of 3 1/2 hours.They were 2 young guys that didn't seem that experienced. The owner came and said he would loose money if they stayed and took the quoted limb down. They did offer a discount but that is not what I wanted. I wanted them to come back and finish the job properly.

Over an hour late...

Over an hour late to arrive to provide a quote, with no call. Provided good quote, made an appointment. On the day before they were scheduled to do the work, called and cancelled.
