Package never attempted to be delivered and on Tracking website, it mentioned, attempted to delivery, My ring bell did not see any UPS truck : )

two packages were scheduled to be delivered Monday, Only one arrived, The other ups rescheduled for the next day Tuesday. At the end of the day ups sent another email rescheduling for the next day, wednesday. The end of the day Wednesday ups sent a another email rescheduling for Friday. This is absolute incompetance and disgusting behaviour for what is supposed to be an established company. Going forward i will make every effort to never use UPS Again. UPS thanks for nothing.

Been on the phone 4 times wasted 4 hours of my life waiting for this parcel - what is the point of paying shipping and handling if they want me to pick it up myself? Get rid of the drivers have boxes for us to get our own parcels - Then you are sure to get it when you want it - Husband has Alzheimers so i cannot leave him to go for parcel grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Waiting on a package ,that was supposed to be delivered for the past 4 days and yet no delivery.

Had an issue with package delivery. Someone called me and was extremely rude, kept speaking over me, kept changing the reason as to why my parcel wasn't being delivered, wouldn't provide his name, and kept threatening to send my parcel back to the shipper. Didn't help me at all, and just made me even more angry.

Christmas is apparently a surprise to UPS. Since December 6, I have been waiting for a delivery from this alleged delivery business. UPS emailed me to let me know that the package would be delivered on Dec 8, Dec 18 and Dec 20. This is my third day of waiting at home in vain for the delivery of a package. Unlike UPS, I know when Christmas is and I have other things to do. Do not use this company or buy stuff from companies that do use UPS.

Have no words to describe. Never use UPS again. Irresponsible.
