I had a very very very bad experience with manager she does not have any customer service / unprofessional / she always always on phone CALL for long time like she sit at home / she does not acknowledge anyone and she keep say I AM THE MANAGER IAM THE MANAGER , PLEASE IF DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB THERE'S 10000000 PEOPLES THEY NEED JOB AFTHER THE COVD19 SO QUIT AND GET SOME MORE NEED FOR THE JOB.........THE ******OWNER****** OF THE PLZ HAVE SOME ONE CARE ABOUT YOUR STORE

Very rude customer service.

I am so greatfull to their customer service quality, Especially dealt with the simily face lady Ranya and she did provided me full info regarding my used car history owenership and the rest of paperwork within days I drove my car. Thanks Ranya and the rest your team.

Went there to transfer my car over to my wifes car thinking that I had ALL of the bureaucratic forms necessary to do this. I didnt. Along with all of the paperwork you ALSO need a letter from your wife saying shes authorizing you to act one her behalf in the transfer process. THIS IS NOT LISTED ON SERVICE CANADAs web site!!! Thank you SC for wasting mt time and money on this overly bureaucratic process!!

where should I start, aside from the fact that they are arrogant and and they don't know what they are doing, they are not informed enough about their own work and have to call helpline for everything, on top of all of that they are not apologetic and are very rude

If I could give ZERO start I would, so rude and ignorant and uneducated. I went in here twice for an out of province registration, but they seem to only know how to do the simple jobs, finally I left and went to a REAL Service Ontario on Hurontario and it was done within minutes. Even the manager was RUDE and IGNORANT
