Hired one plumber to install a water filtration system. Discussed plan before. He said they had supplies & only 15 mins to office if any missing. On the day, he decided on his own to bring a second plumber and I was charged for 7 hours of them working together without my authorization, even when there was only one plumber for the first hour & later both left together for 2.25 hours to get supplies over lunchtime. The plumbing work was good but I feel taken advantage of. Overbilled approx $500.
